MLB sucks so bad they should be wearing masks and holding guns. Do not buy this service. Horrible. You will regret it. Hope you like getting kicked out of a service you paid for.
5 or 6 years ago I accepted a deeply discounted subscription to MLB so that I could watch the games. Nothing was said about automatic renewal. I never received any notices since then. Today I received notice from them that indicated I was on automatic renewal... oh we can't lo anything about those past years... we'll that's a good way to lose a loyal mlb fan. I have been defrauded of way more than $500. These guys are crooks or you would get a notice each year about renewal. Don't signup!

Baseball has become a complete joke. We go from Used Car Salesman Bud Selig enabling rampant HGH, which has destroyed not only baseball, but it has trickled down to corrupt our youth AND the FABRIC of SOCIETY. Manfred is dumber than a box of rocks, 15 fries short of a Happy Meal, and a wrench, hammer, tape measure, screw driver, electric tape and a box of nails short of a toolbox. Theo Epstein? Heck, Joey/Phoebe from Friends, Woody from Cheers, would all be 10X better. You don't enforce illegal substances during the season, Manfred is a Commie, intentionally ruining America's National Pastime. Treason.
We have a subscription for one MLB team. As longtime loyal fans we would be happy to pay for GOOD service. But that's far from what we get: constant freezing up, every game. On 5/11/21 we were watching a game that went into a rain delay in the 9th -- it turns out the game went to 10 innings, but they didn't bother showing anything after the rain delay! They don't care. So disappointed!
I wish there was a negative rating, ordered an XL sweatshirt, it has "XL" on it, but definitely about Medium size, sticker on it has "GREEN" but it's black color. I can't return it because it's a personalized shirt. NEVER order from MLB, and going forward I will not be be subscribing to MLB. TOTAL DEBACLE.
Out of nowhere I started receiving emails from MLB.COM to an email alias I have NEVER given out. The emails arrive several times a week and I have no interest in what MLB.COM are trying to sell. There is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email but it does NOT work. It is impossible to get off their mailing list so I have had to set up a mail rule to direct their emails direct to the trash can!
The fact that this company has obtained my email address via nefarious means and refuse to honour unsubscribe requests, mean it is a company that cannot be trusted.
The worst thing about the MLB streaming site is that before letting you watch a game that has been completed it first tells you which team won and who was the hero of the game. Yes, that is correct, a full-on spoiler is now unavoidably built in to all archived games. I've been streaming MLB for years and usually watched late-starting games on the following day, which had not been a problem until now. All I had to do was select the "Hide Spoliers" option but, as of a few days ago, some genius at MLB thought we customers would like them to spoil the game for us before we could watch it. As you select a game to stream, before being able to hit "play," a still image pops up showing the key player(s) of the game, clearly revealing who won and often how. So much for "hide spoilers"! I've no idea how this is good for anyone but it's certainly ruined the MLB experience for me and makes me wonder why I even bother to keep my subscription. Hopefully someone at MLB will do something about it before their customers drift away.
The site offers a feature called "Follow Your Team" which allows people like me to watch the YES feed of Yankees' games, even when they are playing a team in my regional sports network area (in my case, Texas Rangers and Houston Astros). I had the feature for each of the past two years since it was offered. This year, there is no working link on the site to allow me to purchase the feature. I tried calling and spoke to three separate agents over three days. Only two were even baseball fans, only one knew what a RSN was, and NONE of the reps knew how to navigate the MLB.TV website. I repeatedly asked each to transfer me to someone who was familiar with the website. The best they could do was send texts to a supervisor. I was promised that someone would call me on two occasions, it's been over a week and no one has called. I tried sending a detailed email with URL links to the inoperable pages on the site. That was one week ago and although I received an auto reply ("someone will get back to you shortly") 5 or six days after the email was sent, no one at MLB has replied as of the time of this writing. The product is great! But the support leaves much to be desired. How can any company engaged in internet commerce be allowed to neglect support of a product that they're selling online? There ought to be a law. I gave this review a 1-star because the product is excellent. NEGATIVE numbers would be required to adequately express what I think about MLB.TV customer support.
They will randomly block games for no reason and if you call tech support they do not help! It's a big waste. Don't pay for it because you can't watch a lot of the games it says you can. Very very awful tech support
MLB asks me to pay big $$$ to get to watch all out of market games, but their website is an abject failure. Often freezes up, both on my phone, and on my computer. Oh, and now unless I approve of them stealing all my personal info, it doesn't load at all. Really angry with these money-grubbing losers. What happened to baseball? Rich owners decided to milk it to death, that's what.
MLB needs to focus its energy on making the game interesting and fun. Taking political sides on a complex issue like voter ID leaves a bad taste. Just because your a Monopoly doesn't give you the right to try and bully force your Opinions on Americans. Shame on MLB. I won't watch anymore.
The MLB makes money off the talent of minorities, yet cowardly bow down to Stacy Abrams who is a racist and a liar. How could you take away the income the Allstar game would bring to mostly black Atlanta and give it to white elites in Colorado? Sports should not take a political stand. Period. Never. We are SICK of it and will not spend another minute wasting our time allowing you to make money off of us.
I will have nothing to do w a business that takes a political stance. It's not good business! Shame on you!
Joined mlb through 7 day free trial. Why would I pay for the games I want to see when they are always blackouts.
